Most commercial parking lots can be milled in and repaved in 2 - 5 days depending on size and scope. We provide a detailed schedule before work begins, and our 9-crew size minimizes downtime for your tenants.

Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. Our project managers handle permit applications, coordinate with local authorities, and schedule final inspections. We've completed projects across dozens of Ohio jurisdictions.

Will you close the parking lot during construction?
We'll work with your property management team to phase projects whenever possible keeping portion of the lot accessible. New asphalt typically needs 24 - 48 hours before it can be driven on.

Are you MBE or DBE certified for government projects?
Yes. Cole Burton Paving holds active MBE certification from the State of Ohio and Pennsylvania, and CSB certification from City of Cleveland which extends to other counties as well satisfying diversity requirements for government, municipal, and state-funded contracts. DBE requirements, which we once held, are in a state of limbo right now due to federal changes.
